Low market reaction for and after the NFP last Friday. It seems to be too early for the market to enter in the "summer range", but who knows

if nfp news is good on good market cycle it cant move market
but if nfp news is good on bad market cycle it can move market rapidly
and vice versa for
bad nfp news on bad market cycle can't move market
bad nfp news on good market cycle can rapidly move market

As I predicted, the last NFP was hardly noticeable. Maybe NFP excitement soon will stay as thing of the past ☹

I remember waiting for the NFP with trepidation a few years ago. I kind of miss that feeling.

I miss that feeling too, all the excitement and adrenaline rush. Now it’s more like – Meh, yet another boring data.

I agree. Also, wasting the Friday they come out because I still am not sure that there won't be a big movement.

Yup, wasting personal time is maybe the biggest loss of all, as somehow you can get money back, but wasted time remains just wasted time.
