It seems Poland never learns — we're seeing a scenario that closely mirrors the pre-WWII era. In the 1930s, Poland and Nazi Germany were actually close allies, even signing the German–Polish Non-Aggression Pact in 1934. Interestingly, today's media often highlights the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact of 1939, while overlooking other similar agreements like the Franco-German Declaration of 1938 or the German–Danish Non-Aggression Pact of 1939.Ogee wrote: Thu Oct 23, 2025 8:14 pm Poles forgetting they were number 3 on the Nazi extermination list after Jews and Gypsies.
