Yeah, sure. Where did the 100 Billion go? You don't wage wars if you have got no money. My answer would be" Get lost".!
You don't give people huge credit limits who got no money in the first place. With a per capita GDP of 3,700 USD their economy is on Third World Level. So where should the repayment come from?
