TRO_RAT_ZONE is a separate indicator. However, TRO_HL5 can be set to show the rat zones. You can use one or the other.

There is no setting. The wick zone indicator does it automatically.
To do it by hand, you plot the previous day's open, high, low, close. They will show you the wicks.
