Correct me if I'm wrong, but panel 1 basically tells you the current price, time to close the candle, the range for the day, considering the day's high and low, the number of pips it has moved since the day opened, and the range for the last 20 days.

The range for the last 20 days gives you an overview of how much +/- the price can move during the day.

Today's Range: how much it has moved within today.

Open pips: how close or far we are from the daily opening price.
