i would recommend Debian 12 (Bookworm), or a *.deb based Linux system. Debian 12 is very stable, comes with Gnome (i guess you can install KDE otherwise), it runs best with Wine (Windows emulator) and Metatrader should be easy to install on it.

Especially when Blue mean go long, Red go short and white go wait.
Let there be ribbon between EMA 13 and 55 to provide additional visual aid to make informed decision.
