Hi Xard,

Thank you for your reply. For some reason, I’m currently unable to use the private message reply function, so I hope you don’t mind if I ask my questions here instead.

I have been studying multi-timeframe ZigZag market structure for quite a while.

I tend to look at how ZigZag swings form N-shaped and reverse-N-shaped structures, and whether the highs and lows are being raised or lowered across different timeframes.

I start with the larger structure and then look inside it at the smaller timeframe ZigZags. I am particularly interested in identifying when a correction against the larger move has ended and the smaller structure begins turning back in the direction of the larger move.

This is one of the reasons XARD caught my attention. I feel that your system may provide another very interesting way of visualizing this type of market structure.

Now that I have v056 running correctly, I would really like to learn how you personally read and trade it, rather than making assumptions from the chart.

Could you please explain your basic process from:

Direction → Setup → Entry → Exit

In particular:

• How do you determine your main trading direction?
• What do the different sizes/types of semaphore signals represent?
• What does the large circle with a square inside mean?
• After a major semaphore appears, what do you wait for?
• What is your actual entry trigger?
• Which signals can repaint?
• How do you know that a pullback has ended and the main move is resuming?
• Which timeframes do you normally use for direction and for entry?

I’m especially interested in whether XARD can help confirm the N / reverse-N ZigZag structures that I already watch.

Thank you very much for your time.

A useful dry-run case is: the stop is hit, the close is requested once, the next tick sees the same trigger, and no second close or fresh entry is submitted. If one close fails, it should remain visible as a failed action rather than being reported as complete. This is an acceptance case, not a claim about how the current XARD EA is coded.

Is the stop condition A) checked on each tick or B) only after a completed bar?
means kill every opened positions (when scalping, mostly opening 1 position, maybe two rarely more).
it would cut all positions automatically (at SL value) when market pull back the wrong way
