The first touch of the large stochastic (x4). The reverse touch of the small stochastic (x1). The return of the big stochastic.

Nope, you first check greater TF to get another perspective.
As for the dots, an Arrow mays not be definitive until the corresponding dot appears on higher TF.

For instance, down arrow was displayed for months on XAUUSD, but the price kept moving up (with regular pulls down)
