Use Wyatts Pivots by member Rox as it comes with a fourth level and much more. It's the most complete Pivot Point indicator.

Arrows are easier for me to interpret than lines on a chart. I like a candle specific indicator. Arrows are better at giving a more discrete signal in my opinion.
