In the indicator settings, it is written that there is a MTF, but it does not show the MTF, but it shows nonsense. You can see in the picture.

that is why we always recommending reliable codes by well known experts (coders)
but indicator is forming as is coded the way
may be the author (modifier) is removed from the mql5

I doubts it is renamed of some thing and extended/altered bad way (wrong coded)

It is a renamed non lag ma on that version the way it is set up it can repaint, maybe try this non repainting version with mtf and alerts.

and for your convenience use filter to value 1.3 apply on value,it will result very close to your buzz,the rest parameters are same
in picture applied both on line chart,hiding each other
