A question. if i use MTF indicator M5 in M1 chart meens the indicator can repaint within or during 5 candles?

More or less,yes
because the indicator will be form its final shape when 5th candle complete,and this is not the repainting but the genuine nature of all mtf indicators

Did you try some other (more extended) versions of macd that are already multi time frame?

In the mean time : try this one
Not quite the classical macd, but it is a macd and it is a multi time frame. The other will be made too (a bit later)
