Since that indicator would alert on any close to open change, did you try some of the indicators alerting when close is above or bellow the open price of the bar?

Are you aware that that indicator is repainting?
That indicator was created by me as an example to people how easy is to make a "perfect repainter" - don't use it in signaling/alerting mode
