I need Arrow for this MTF Stoch indicator...ARROW BUY when cross below 20, ARROW SELL when cross above 80. Anyone can help me?

Is this indicator repainting? I'm using a strategy tester (FXBlue. not the greatest) and I noticed the shape keeps shifting with price. If it's adaptive in nature, then it's ok. However, I just want to be certain the crosses stay in place. Any feedback would be great...thanks.

yes it is repainting, but is work as that
crosses for down trend then come back like is not crosses
