Sorry for the late answer, can't find the source code will work on remaking it and adding the alerts.

Not sure if the coding style suites yours but maybe this might help. I found it lying around my indicators repository.

It supports 39 latest averaging methods (on both,main and signaling lines) - 33 latest price options - adjustable levels (Os/Ob) - including alerts on select able levels

Far as I know the UPDOWN is the repainting fisher transform indicator.
