I think it is originally Igorad "RSI Filter" indicator and there are some variations of this same indicator at RSI thread,already posted
that is renamed i guess
in picture your posted ver and rsi filter ver,almost looking same

Please read this photograph together with my first submission ( # 1278 on previous page ) regarding the identification of what I think is
"T-3 adaptive ma_i-CA 2.01.mq4" (also called the ("Corrected Average" by Uhl.)
