I think they mean plotting a histogram for the RSI crossing the Bollinger Bands' basis (middle band) to show whether the current trend is bullish or bearish.

Yes I want histogram on middle band line

+ve cross = Rsi cross middle band in upward direction and RSI comes above middle band
-ve cross = Rsi Cross middle band in downward direction and RSI comes below middle band

yes RSI crossing BB middle band is very useful to understand trend shift and trend direction

Yes, compared to a classic double moving average system, RSI crossing its own MA is much more sensitive than MAs crossing on the price chart. This gives us more time to prepare for our execution. There are plenty of similar setups out there—virtually any oscillator can be used this way, such as CCI, Stochastic, or Williams %R.
