Best time frame is Daily.
I modified it so it will work on H1, H4, and Daily.
Before, we can only use on H1 and H4.

What's an Inside Bar?
It's a bar that is engulfed fully by the preceding candle high and low.

How do we trade?
We trade on the breakout.
go LONG above the preceding candle high
and go SHORT below the preceding candle low
but there's always a false breakout. So it's not a holy grail.

Candle_Info_target_window
- info is for whatever candle the mouse is over/in time with
- places info somewhere on the chart, or target subwindow
- pair+tf, date, time, open, high, low, close, volume, all optional
- can place vertically or horizontally across or bottom
- because it uses labels, you may have to juggle spacing and font
- colors, font sizes and option to show or not each info piece
- option to show date as the terminal's yyyy.mm.dd or dd.m(name).yyyy

Timezone_Breakout_visual_entry_tp_sl
- adjustable start hour, end hour
- recommended to use below 4hr chart
- draws time box and extends H/L lines untill next time box
- on break of H/L, arrow, trade line, ends at tp/sl or new box
- tally of wins and pl is kept, please verify for your own settings

- draws new horizontal line on every new high or low made
- option to extend lines a number of bars to the right
- option to have price label on it
- can delete old levels
- old levels change to a darker color
