Here is a MT5 version of fixed scale.
mladen had made a mt5 version of toggle borders you can find on FF. However a newer mt5 build broke it and hasnt been updated yet.

I think its pivot, maybe median price pivot could be typical or weighted

I think you're right, because it's marking the last bottom/previous top, I hadn't paid attention to that.
