I meant the ATS indicator circles, red (buy) and white(sell) maintain their color and dont repaint as the bar does. Or atleast i think so. The circles I believe your talking about are semafors and those do repaint. I would look at the MA cross color which does not repaint.

This indicator repaints right? (ATS) It doesn't repaint but the explanation of that is a little skewed. You wont see those large candle moves at the bottom until the move is gone.
