Could someone help me to tweak this to behave like a regular ADR indicator.

We know the regular ADR draws from open in OHLC then moves up and down until the ADR value is reached and stays fixed.

Whenever previous day's RSI high or low has been breached, a line will draw and will stop there then an arrow will appear just like in the picture.
