It appears to be working based on the breakout of an order block or breaker block. The arrows are drawn after a retest, and the candle must close in the direction of the breakout.

Added the arrows, but not able to add it as a buffer, would not be visible due to the histogram, far as I'm aware. If you are wanting to use it in an EA can simply call the histogram itself.
