I'm not sure if this is the same issue ujtrader had, but it seems it might be so since he mentioned mtf... this is what i see when using H1 on M15 using mtf, does not seem to happen when interpolate in mtf mode is off...so might be something in there.... hope you are able to fix it Oh ...
