The trading room act as a boiler room for them. Although it wasn't their money but some of them mentally collapsed.

Short educational video from the prop firm SMB, these guys normally more into position and swing trading US stocks so this is a bit unusual, nothing revolutionary but emphasizes development of a rules based system that can be practiced repeatedly to build consistency and looks at some chart setups. (25 min)
