It was like SNB intervention on CHF and Japan tsunami and earthquake that made Fukushima nuclear disaster. in both all traders face became like that. esp the japan disaster, for almost no one expect JPY to be on heavy demand like that.

The CHF drama is exactly what I was referring to too. To this day I am so, so grateful I never had much interest in that currency and I wasn't trading it on that day. I haven't touched it since.
