If you open the template file with a text editor, you will see that he puts all indicators in the folder:
System-Trading\XARD-System\XU-2nd DOT Edition\XU-SEMAFOR v3
We put all indicators in the default folder so that's why the templates don't work.

Hi I have corrected the whole, put the unzipped folder in the indicators folder, it should work now, with the Forex and index tpl included in the zip. then complete according to your needs.[attachment

Can you standardise your indicator location please as MT4 default.
