Lirunex was a decent broker I liked their dynamic leverage accounts but they're no longer accepting US clients so we can scrap them off the list...

Yeah that's a bummer. Thanks for the suggestions via PM, please post in this thread too! We've got a total of 12 confirmed brokers offering MT4 and accepting US clients now!
