I have been reading and i think it was on ff where it was stated that we dont need the source files, we need the buffers that we can get from the data window. Is this correct?

edit - or is it possible to create a scanner based on the objects that the indicators print on chart . eg. the arrow on halftrend? or dot on step nema?

Yes i have a strategy. Basically using the 30m half trend on the 5m with the step nema and when the itrends.
