I used to use Myfxbook when I was still trading with forex retail broker, Now I trade with a futures account and are documented with (P&L).
The most important thing about documenting is your draw down, You can make a lot of money but if your draw down is higher than 10% you will end up burning that account. Have a nice day

The volume in forex is decentralized. They are not completely registered in the exchange making them on of the most manipulated market in the world. But you can get reliable data on the GBP, EURO and others on the futures market on the new york mercantile exchange which will give you an edge over retail traders.
