Fantastic job with this thread Banzai, you've done great work! What do you think of us creating templates for users with different button layouts? I have a few in mind.

Uh, I don't know how.
I just wish there are some codes out there that I can copy and paste.

I asked another coder to do this one.
Since there's no source code to work with,
I choose "All Pivot Points.mq4"
It's very similar to "PivotPoints.All-In-One.ex4"

It has multiple pivots (Classic, Fibonacci, Camarilla, Woodie,DM)
Great commitment and Great Work..Thank You

This indicator is very useful
if you trade the London Breakout.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
CFTC Rule 4.41
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING FOREIGN EXCHANGE (FOREX) CAN BE SUBSTANTIAL. YOU SHOULD THEREFORE CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHETHER SUCH TRADING IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IN LIGHT OF YOUR FINANCIAL CONDITION. THE HIGH DEGREE OF LEVERAGE THAT IS OFTEN OBTAINABLE IN FOREX TRADING CAN WORK AGAINST YOU AS WELL AS FOR YOU. THE USE OF LEVERAGE CAN LEAD TO LARGE LOSSES AS WELL AS GAINS.

on or off button
only two remarks about London (or Tokyo, Sydney, New York etc) BO:

  1. It is true that volatility after market opening is normally higher, but this poses risks as well as opportunities (so it is a zero sum game - you may win more, you may lose more, your stops have to be further away which means your position size has to be smaller etc)
  2. As your inside-candle-button-indicator shows only to well: breakouts happen all the time, albeit on different scales (which can be accounted for by lot-size): if you know how to trade one BO well, you know how to trade BOs (as markets are fractal).
