Just in case it doesn't have to be Wyatt's indicator, you could use this one:

(support- & resistance-levels can be turned off individually)
As far as I can tell it shows the same levels as Wyatt's.
Nick Bixy & Banzai certainly did a good job on this one.

Try, but same problems with reclicked on-off when change timeframe. Dont know how to fix....

Edit: didnt noticed your first request...added option extended true-false, first line for show All or S1,R1 only

Is it possible to insert on/off button to the attached indicator? And the alert seems not working. Hopefully someone can fix that as well. Thanks in advance.
