time frame can choose any, what is convenient for you, at least M5, M15, M30, H1, and setting the indicator preferably 240 (H4) is also desirable to consider signals from H1 (60) and D1 (1440) trade on the principle of three screens!!!

The signals without reflowing! But in some cases there may be a lag!
