That is BB stops without lines displayed - just the arrows (dots)
The version used for that is the version made by me or mrtools (the version with Jurik smoothing used for internal calculations)

Not renamed
Someone took an indicator attempted to add alerts, and saved it using another name. So the part that does not work did not exist in the original
