I think the PTS Precision Index Oscillator indicator (Pi-Osc) is designed to see tops and bottoms, although you can see divergences. It looks like a stochastic, or CCI, but modified.

Maybe mladen's older onChart Stochastic, not the onChart window indi.

I think it is some kind of volume indicator, actually if you put TVI.mq4 and change code " indicator_separate_window" to "indicator_chart_window" then it looks like that, what is good with that is that divergence is very clear.
