List of indicators =
1) Value Chart with alert arrow already have.
2) 111111111123 Main indicators (Green & Red arrow with yellow dots) need this indicators only.
3) Trend Channel already have.
4) Don forex already have.

The blue/orange might be a stepma of rsi adaptive tema - one of the favourites of Mntiwana.

I want to say it's the Insync Index based on the text description in the indicator window, but I have a feeling it's a variation and not the standard ones available on this forum.

The closest thing I can suggest is this below.
