looks like center of gravity (COG) you can find mq4 in forex-station forum

That indicator you're pointing to is a cleaned up version of the P4L Clock.
Here is our complete Twitter & Facebook template. Just place the file in your "templates" folder and the indicators in your "Indicators" folder.
Let me know if you need anything else.
