How to prevent Expert Advisor from opening browser to display advertisements?

The advisor opens the Internet browser and displays the advertise. How to prevent it? Is there an internet browser that can be set as the default in Windows 10. And can it be set so that the application cannot launch it, but only manually?

popup blocker
or remove/rename the browser's EXE file so it' won't find it

Jeff's idea works. Just be careful
you shouldn't be using any crappy EA's that spam you with ads especially one that has the ability to launch programs like browsers etc.
Who else knows what it's launching in the background?
