Yes they do repaint, all of them by the look of it;

I would be happy to help if I could but I don't know of any free simulator eas or indies. The one I use is the Soft FX Simulator which comes as an .ex4 file and goes in the EA folder, costs just under 100 USD for a life time key and updates. It's the best one I've found but also one of the cheaper ones and most importantly it allows you to run most custom indicators (not all).

The potential profit/loss of binary options is always < 1, i do not think it's a good game.
