The 3 external parameters are associated with jurik smoothing.

Thank you for the reply mladen, it is more clear now. just one more help if you can point me in the right direction, i would like to use for binary options, for short term one bar or more trades, on smaller tf's like m1 and m5, so what would you suggest i try, i mean like should the period be a greater or lower number, smoothing should be greater or lower, should i turn double smoothing on or off for this purpose? i just need direction so i dont waste time trying stuff that wont work and you understand it better as the creator. Thank you!
