Basically there are difference between different brokers, but they should not be such a big like different candles. More or less the differences could be few points due to different data feed providers: Some are using e-Signal, other Bloomberg, Reuters, Tenfore and etc. while others using aggregators like Broadway, Currenex, Integral or electronics exchanges as LMAX etc.
Bottom line is that nevertheless the differences in pricing exist, they should be very small.

Why should they be small?
There is no limit to that (remember SNB stuff and how some brokers did one thing and the other something else)

During normal trading hours the differences are usually small. Of course when news with such impact came out the different market participants reacted differently.

Yes, agree, just the difference coming out from that different brokers uses different vendors and execution venues and/or different data feed providers for those that execute order by themselves and liquidity from their own servers located in the next room :)

Yep, bigger buckets lead to bigger movement in the bid/ask spread :)
