hello i have been "brainstorming" a high volatility condition, and looking over indicators that might be a good fit for signals in the high volatility price action.
i am using the ATR as a trigger but the indicators i thought might work after testing sadly were not good enough. so i have been hunting around and thought i would post the question?? to see if any had any ideas or suggestions? i have been messing around with a strategy that dynamically adjusts depending on what price action does based on various measurements. i have the idea of a high volatility condition but have yet to get a good combination. i just downloaded the divergent bar from the daily downloads. its been awhile since i looked over arrow indicators there was a couple at the time i thought were too busy for what i was doing but now may be worth another look. they seemed to quick at the time maybe good for binary but now maybe the ones i consider. i dont know if it was trend signal or trend arrow. i am going to have a look in my backup storage if anyone has any suggestions considerations etc. i would be glad to hear them. thanks

Hello, I have a question about trading bots. Can a programmer program a trading bot to manipulate backtest results? In other words, can they make the bot appear profitable in tests just to sell it? I say this because I tested a bot on EURUSD and the results were strange. The test was for the last 30 days. (I will include the bot.)

With this EA the backtest don't take into account slippage and requotes in live market conditions. It is not that it's manipulated, the backtest is not accurate or that is my experience, I have built an EA that prints unlimited money on demo but live only looses because of requotes and slippage
