Thanks, but I don't know if Montenegroen Regulation fits the benefits of German Bafin or Britains FCA regulation.
I think Activtrades is a good alternative with 1:400 leverage and no comission and low, variable spreads.
Where do you like to trade?

For me - the regulation is important as it bring more insurance for the funds. I am avoiding any "exotic" regulators as Belize, Mauritius, and etc. good enough for vacation :).
Execution - in many cases depends from the type of trading preferred :), but always is good when the conflict of interest does not exist or it is really small. :)

Yes, you also have to make differences between registration (helps in no way) and regulation of a broker. FCA is a better regulation than most others.

You should use systems for normal trades with unlimited win and no time limit, not for binairies.
Binaries are more a kind of casino with intransparent prices as also the regulators think:

The announcement noted cases where clear market manipulation was employed, such as noting how firms would arbitrarily extend the options time-value if it was already in the money at expiration, in the hope that it would subsequently turn into a loss (instead of booking the winning profit that the client had rightfully earned).

Thanks. Many brokers also smooth their prices and leave less ticks to trade on, especially on spikes. Use that indicator on page one and compare!

The idea behind of smoothing the pricing is to avoid any pips makers to trade. When the price is smooth, the incoming ticks does not allow pips makers to take 1 or 2 pips and to go,
On another note, this may offers some latency arbitrage trading opportunities :) - but this is valid only for MM brokers :)

I too would avoid brokers registered and overseen by offshore regulators.
There are some inherent risks connected to trading with such brokers - these regulators often have very low capital requirements for registering such a company (Vanuatu, for example, only requires a capital of $2000 - what kind of a bucketshop operates on such funds?!), they have no compensation schemes should something go wrong, it's all but impossible to contact them and ask for their help, and many others. It's just not worth the risk when there are much more reputable regulator. Of course, they too have their flaws, but I still find them preferable than the offshore ones.

2000 $ capital – what is that going to cover if something happen? Really insane how that could be legal :/
Anyway my Broker is regulated by CySec (which is also offshore zone). But he is part of the ICF (Investor Compensation Fund) and in unlikely events the total payable compensation to each Client is €20.000. Which gives me the stability to be sure for my funds.

CySEC regulation is not bad at all. Cyprus appears to be the second biggest financial hub in Europe (after London) and now when UK is leaving, may become the first one :).
