This is the indicator you mentioned. Shows the total strength of buyers and sellers. (I do not know if it makes a calculation of all time frames.)
I also made a modification to show that data in graphics with white or clear backgrounds.

What an excellent indicator mate
I think this one you posted is even better than TrueTrendline, would you agree? Despite some errors, the trendlines are drawn very well.

This is the Pivot Point Oscillator by Mladen and is another one of my all-time favorites. I feel this indicator deserves a place in our growing thread so be sure to try this great tool out.
