hear me out.

First the cheeses, they are full of good bacteria that will populate your intestine. The intestines are the "second brain", its health is very important to psychologic health.

And the orange juice will provide sugar to feed the good bacterias in your intestine.

you should feel results in a matter of minutes, more calm more happy...(try it)

I've found that when I'm feeling down, what really helps me is something totally different, taking a walk or listening to music. These simple activities can turn my mood fast. Everyone is different, so it's worth experimenting to find what works best for you.
As for the suggestion about cheese and orange juice, it's an interesting idea. Indeed it affects your mood, but results can vary widely. Personally, I've never tried it. If you're looking for a faster relief you can try smoking, but not cigarettes. I don't recommend smoking as it can affect your health. But for me, electronic cigarettes such as NEXA Pro 30000 have a good impact on my mood. Taking a walk and smoking is such realiving.

I get that, but the good thing with cheeses and raw cream is that you will be happy even if you were in jail or something :)
no need to "do something", you feel right *all the time*

also it's important to not abuse sugars. I've noticed that as soon as I eat sugars, I have a "fake" high, like artificial or something, and if before I was feeling great and full of energy, all my energy gets sucked out and I feel miserable afterwards usually...When I was carnivore I had so much energy it was insane
