Hello moey_dw , The target computer you made upgrade from Windows 7 -> Windows 10 -> Windows 11 , if yes in C:\ you see and folder called Windows.old?
Or if are a new clean installation of Windows 11?
In theory your Windows 11 is x64 and you pretend and Windows 7 for x86 , so is not possible because are a difference between OS architecture, and for the last part because there are so many intermediate versions.
There a possible solution only for the prior version, for example you are using Windows 10 and downgrade do Win8.1 not older.

The best solution is backup everything in your computer, and made a clean installation, or why you don´t install an virtual machine using for ex: VirtualBox (is free, and easy to use) for your project.
