I'm looking at a bearish dollar at the moment which should correspond to a rising EURUSD I hope. As you say a return to that range wouldn't be ideal for anyone.

It did return into the range, which I find very frustrating. Hopefully we will see a breakout again soon.

Agreed. I was really hoping it had broken out of that range.

It definitely looked like it had for a while. I confess I am pretty disappointed right now.

As so often, I don't understand the discussion.
Price is still in a downward trend on the Weekly and - for the last 9 weeks - has been in a classic pullback to higher TF (monthly). When it reached this it was - as can be expected - rejected.
Now - whether the downtrend (which started middle of June last year) is resumed or another attempt to break upwards will start, is as yet totally unclear.
Instead of disappointment: trade the weekly (upward) range (Al Brooks' book on ranges...)

I'm just glad there is finally a proper breakout. We may see it drop to 1.1120 too soon.

It reached 1.1120 as I thought and bounced off from it. Next target is likely around 1.1240, I think.
