It dropped to 1.2100 and I think it may break out below that level.

I thought there would be a move south after it dropped to 1.2100 but clearly I was wrong. Sideways consolidation continues for now.

The pair remained really undecided today, I will avoid trading it for now.

Clearly this week we won't see much of a change. Hopefully next week the consolidation will end.

It's testing 1.2100 but I don't intend to open another short before a breakout below that level.

The Dollar Index chart is currently hovering above major support, could bounce or break down, worth keeping an eye on re; all USD pairs.

The support is quite visible, I agree, I won't be shorting before a breakout.

The FOMC rate decision and presser tomorrow might provide the 'new' news that pushes it one way or the other. We'll see.
