No, only in MTF mode recalculate trend than higher candle is closed...

Detrended Synthetic Price was originally developed by John Ehlers. There are various ways of using it, but the one I found that they use mostly (with fixed levels), is very limited in its usage (you have to adjust the levels for each and every symbol, time frame or any settings of the parameters).
Discontinued signal lines version seems to be a reasonable choice for the indicator to use instead of those fixed levels.
Made 3 versions : the oscillator version, the bars on chart version and histogram version

In this one there are 4 choices of how the colors are determined. Here sre two examples - on levels cross :
And on opposite levels cross :
testing it for a week
M5 TF/ H1 for 'Higher Filtering'
'Change Color on Slop change'

Conclusion: I think ......this indicator is Re-calculate/ Repaint
I knew Mladen's reputation, I'm also surprised to find this
The last 3 post, in a row were asking about the same thing. . .repaint.

Aren't we traders wanting to trade according to Higher TF direction?
Any idea how to handle this?

I dont use MTF mode in my trading, I use two windows....timefrime where i enter trades (5 min) and second with higher timeframe for trends (1 h).RockRobb wrote: Fri May 19, 2023 12:57 am Thank you for the quick response kvak
