Apply Zero indicator with minimum : 1 and maximum : 2
apply indicator Dsl fisher in same window with signal period 5 settings.

If you are meaning looking back bar wise just set the fill bars to how far back, you want to look.

Yes, mainly because the fill and on chart candles are object-oriented codes and unfortunately mt4 doesn't handle it very efficiently.

ADXvma with non-anchored DSL levels

This is Mladen's ADXvma (think they are calling it vma template now ) using non-anchored dsl levels.
