Sorry, but the "para" indicator could be anything. Without it it is impossible to tell anything about it

No difference
People think that it will repaint less on higher time frames. It will not. It will repaint exactly the same number of bars thus making the repainted time span even longer, All in all, taking into account what part of the chart compared to the chart time frame is repainted, the repainting is exactly the same
