Actually the fault has been discovered recently. You actually have go to MQL5 product page to download it. The link is in indicator panel copyright text. Click it and you will find the indicator in products page.

MQL5 product files are now being linked to the account which downloads it and wont work on other accounts. I didn't knew that prior to posting here and posted a downloaded version. In future I will post direct files. Please download from my MQL5 profile now.
